2) Location : 600th Anniversary hall, B2 Floor, New Millennium Hall [HSSC]

3) Method : Offline (with Online Live Streaming available on Youtube)

4) Subject : Graduating students in August 2025 (Bachelor/Master/Doctor)

B.Guide for Graduating Students

2) For Doctors’ graduating students attending the Munmyogoyourye ceremony

‣Meeting Place: In front of the main gate of 600th Anniversary hall(1F), [HSSC]

‣ Meeting time: 9:40 a.m., August 25th(Mon)

‣Attend the ‘Munmyogoyourye’ ceremony (Traditional ceremony) with the Dean and Academics Affair Committee at Sungkyunkwan before the Commencement (Optional)

※In case of rain, ’Munmyogoyourye’ can be canceled, and the above contents are subject to change depending on the situation.

2. Distribution of Diploma

A. Place : Engineering Building 1, #21102호

B. Period : To be distributed from 8. 22.(Fri)

C. Distribution hours : 10:00 AM – 12:00PM (Monday-Friday, excluding lunch breaks, weekends, and holidays

※ Be sure to prepare your ID card.

※ The diploma is issued only once. Unlike the graduation certificate, additional issuance is not possible, please be careful about losing it.

3. Photo Zone

A.Location: [HSSC] Golden Lawn Square / [NSC] Lawn Square in front of Samsung Library

B. Operation Period: 8. 18.(Mon) ~ 8. 27.(Wed)

4. Rental Clothes(Graduation Gowns)

※ The campus will be crowded on the day of the event, and parking is extremely limited, so vehicle access may be restricted.

※ Campus vehicle access will be restricted around 10 AM for the Munmyo Gorye Ceremony.
